FTD are experienced builders. We have worked on many different types of premises and buildings in “special locations” and highly sensitive areas. We have worked in shops, apartment stores, gastro pubs, hospitals, railway stations, apartment buildings, warehouses and retail wholesalers.

We are main contractors as well as specialist contractors. We are well versed in Health and Safety and provide manuals and certification in line with Construction Design Management (CDM) guidelines. We provide all our clients with risk assessments before carrying out any works and are fully insured for all our works and for third parties.

FTD are registered with the National House Building Council (NHBC) and have “new built” and refurbished to the highest quality.
